Slackline, or rather Slacklining, is a dynamic sport aimed at balancing your body and mind: a sport of pure balance. It's a bit like tightrope walking, but instead of walking on a rope you walk on a strap stretched between two points, without the use of tools that can help or benefit balance, such as the classic barbell.

This discipline was born and developed in the United States around the 80s within the climbing community. But it was only in the early 2000s, thanks to climber Dean Potter, that slacklining gained popularity and spread all over the world.

During this experience in the Finale area, one of the most fascinating outdoor territories in Liguria, you can approach slacklining guided by an expert instructor, learning the basic techniques to climb the ribbon and take your first steps in balance.
