You will visit the historic oil mill, discover the olive's journey from plant to bottle and participate in an introductory course to taste EVO oil, learning to recognize its aromas, characteristics and qualities.
The experience will continue with a tasting of typical Ligurian products and will end with the opportunity to go shopping in the mill boutique, buying directly from the producer.
