Cooking experience sea view - Ospedaletti

Ten minutes from Sanremo, an experience overlooking the sea, with floured hands and the May sun entering the kitchen.

Ospedaletti is a small pearl of the Riviera dei Fiori: mild climate, incredible light, relaxed but elegant atmosphere. The right place to experience something authentic, without forcing, but with style.

The Terrace Ritual
Every experience follows a specific ritual. It's not just a cooking class: it's a moment to live together, from start to finish.

** 9:15 — Welcome Breakfast**
Welcome with Italian breakfast: homemade pie, coffee, smiles and first talk. The best way to get in the mood and start the day with the right energy.

** 9:30 — Cooking Class start**
Hands in the dough. Fires burning. Perfumes that chase each other. It comes alive.

During the lesson you will prepare:

• Ligurian focaccia — dough, leavening, dimple technique and proper hydration
• Sardenaira — the historic “pizza” of Western Liguria, with tomatoes, anchovies, olives and capers
• Handmade gnocchi — dough processing, texture and forming
• Fresh Tagliatelle — egg pasta rolled out and cut by hand

For the pasta part, we will make the sauce together, focusing on the perfect cooking: when to drain, how to cream, how to get that creaminess that really makes the difference.

The lesson is dynamic, participatory and guided. We work in groups, we share, we really learn.

** 11:00/11:30 — Aperitif on the Sea View Terrace**
When the first courses take shape, a break is taken. You move to the panoramic terrace. Glass of bubbles in hand. Taste what you have just created. The sea in front.

It's the moment when everything slows down: you observe, you comment, you enjoy.

** 11:45 — Back to the kitchen**
The preparations are completed, the plates are prepared and the details are taken care of. Because even simplicity, when done well, becomes special.

** 12:30/13:00 — Convivial Lunch on the Terrace**
We sit outside again. The dishes arrive. The wine selected for the occasion accompanies the menu. What was a course becomes a moment of sharing. Without formalities, but with quality. Because cooking is technical. Eating together is an experience.

** 14:30 — End of the experience**
It closes lightly, with the feeling of having experienced something authentic.
